Do you struggle with OCD, anxiety, or stress?
Anxiety does not need to define who you are.
Therapy Approaches
-
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
This therapy is a subtype of CBT and helps individuals to face their fears gradually. Over time, the brain is re-trained and responds differently to once perceived fears.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
This therapy acknowledges that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected and helps individuals to notice and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a value-based therapy that focuses on accepting thoughts and feelings as opposed to pushing them away.
